An independent thinker

I hired Cole 28 years ago at Orem High School. He gained my confidence as an effective educator immediately and over the past 28 years I have watched Cole speak openly and honestly about how to help kids in education. He’s not afraid to confront the hard topics. He is an independent thinker that often has unique ideas that have a positive impact on kids in the classroom. We need a voice like Cole on the state board to solve difficult issues facing our schools and students. I’m confident he will make decisions that put the kids over the system. Utah schools would be lucky to have Cole represent them.
